Dr Tamara Maresky’s journey has taken her across continents, specialising in Adult and Child Psychiatry. After earning her medical degree at the University of Cape Town, she completed advanced training at Rush University and Harvard University, culminating in double board certification in the USA.

Dr Maresky combines clinical expertise with system-wide impact. As a Consultant and Project Coordinator for ICAMHS, she leads child and adolescent mental health reforms in the Western Cape. She is also the founder of the Encompass Health Centre, a multidisciplinary practice reimagining private mental health care. Additionally, she is a leader in high-performance coaching and transformative retreats, empowering women to achieve personal and professional growth.
